Lovely Motel in an ideal location. The perfect, quiet romantic getaway! This is my third year in a row staying at the lovely, Southampton Village Motel. My partner and I just absolutely love love saying here when we come to the Hamptons. The rooms have everything you need and feel like a Manhattan hotel gone beach town. They use top of the line products (malin and goetz) and always have water and tates cookies for you! They also provide bikes that we use to get to the beach, and they provide a beach permit to a private beach! One of our favorite beaches in the USA. The staff are so friendly and nice, and we are very fond of the owner Diane, who always welcomes us with a smile and says goodbye with a hug. Her dog Lincoln is also absolutely adorable! The backyard is perfect for a picnic or a glass of wine. The motel is in a great location to the train, the super market and a quick drive to the vineyards, great lobster roll spots, and Hampton Bays. Highly highly recommend for a romantic weekend, can't wait to go back next year!

biking tour of the Hamptons Wonderful place to stay in Southhampton. The location is easily accessible to the beach by bike or car. Quick entry into town either walking, biking or driving. We loved this place for the staff, garden, beach bikes, and luxuriously appointed rooms. Everything was well maintained and Thomas takes care of ensuring everything is aesthetically pleasing. Thomas provides coffee and wonderful stories of the area. He provided us a route to bike that was away from the heavily traffic streets. I enjoyed coffee every morning with him.

Perfect for a short stay in Southampton! I stumbled upon Southampton Village Motel while trying to find a short escape to the beach during Covid, and I was SO excited to have found this little gem. Firstly, it's run by Thomas, who is just the sweetest man! He could not have been nicer or more gracious! He even picked up the phone at 10pm, which is when I decided to make my reservation! The location is close to everything, including the most gorgeous beaches (the walk to town is 12-15min, and the beach is a 5-12min drive depending on the one you're going to - including Cooper Beach). The room was immaculate, and the bed was super comfortable (I also caught Thomas pressing the pillow cases!!!! like if that's not taking care of his guests, I don't know what is!) Thomas did provide a beach pass, beach towels, and even gave us an umbrella (which came in handy as we ended up at another beach on day 2) Overall, this was an amazing option at a good price (for the location), and if you could nab a room, definitely do it because they're always booked in the summer. I can't wait to go back!
