Southampton Village Motel Policies 

We are a non-smoking property. Smoking inside your room is strictly forbidden. We are happy to provide ashtrays for your use on the outside patio areas of your room.  A charge of $100 per room will be charged if smoking is detected in the room. 

Cancellation Policy   

Due to our limited size, cancellations affect us greatly. When situations arise that necessitate a cancellation we sympathize, however, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.   

Once a reservation has been confirmed, the cancellation fees are as follows:  

~25% fee for all confirmed cancellations regardless of cancellation date   
~30 day cancellation period - all reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are subject to full payment    
~One night minimum cancellation fee on all rooms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.  In season, May - September, full payment is required to confirm all reservations.  This is payable by check, MasterCard, Visa and Amex.

If reservations are made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required. 

Check In: 3PM

Check Out: 11AM - If available, a 3PM checkout is available for an additional fee of $200 per room.   

A weekend stay includes either a Friday/Saturday, or a Saturday/Sunday.
